  • Once your order has been dispatched, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel it. This is because we prioritize freshness and quality, and once the tea leaves our store, we cannot guarantee its condition upon return.

Refunds:

  • If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation or return approval.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Returns:

  • We currently do not accept returns on opened or used food products due to hygiene and quality concerns.

  • To be eligible for a replacement or refund for a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photographic evidence of the damage.
